I want to live in a world where people know how to collaborate.
A world where more soulful and regenerative conversations take place, and where we dare to engage in dialogue with one another about the difficult questions of our time.
That is why I work as a facilitator and process guide. Through my work, I explore how dialogue and collaboration really function, and I have the honour of supporting people and groups in resolving conflicts, gaining clarity, and moving through important conversations

Personal Profile

For the past 15 years, I have been learning how to facilitate true dialogue and support groups in seeing, understanding, and taking ownership of their dynamics. My work is about practising, supporting, and deepening our understanding of what it means to collaborate. with ourselves and with others.
As co-Geschäftsführerin of step into action, a small DO-tank for future skills, I know what it means to align a big vision with the complexities of everyday work. Navigating many levels of uncertainty has taught me to recognise and nurture meaningful and healthy synergies within systems.
With my education at the Kaospilots and my Council Guide Training, I received tools to deepen my interest in dialogue and team development. Since then, I have been experimenting with creating my own collaborative formats. I have developed and facilitated Dialogue Facilitation trainings, the Catalyst Lab, became a trainer in Radical Collaboration, and am a recognised Coach and Supervisor in Process-Oriented Psychology.
With our company SEINHEIT, I have a space to bring together all these experiences, tools and learnings. We believe that the "being" of a group lives in and shapes everything the group "does". Supporting teams in navigating this space — between being and doing — is at the heart of what we do at SEINHEIT.

I founded Seinheit in 2019 with 2 colleagues. In Seinheit we work with individuals, teams and organisations, to improve collaboration, to solve conflicts and to transform cultures.
step into action is a projects to foster mindsets and skills for sustainable development within schools. We work with schools, institutions, teacher, volunteers and students.
I developed collaboratio helveticas dialogue framework, dialogue evenings format, as well as designed and executed the Dialogue Training for practitioners and facilitators running over 10 months.

I am absolving a 1 year intensive training in process oriented phycology (process work and worldwork) to become certified coach, supervisor and organisational consultant.
I absolved the basic training in process oriented phycology (process work) at the institute in Zürich. Process Work is a coaching and therapeutic approach rooted in the psychoanalytical school of jung and taoism (field theory)
Radical Collaboration is a guide for individuals and organizations wishing to become more skillful at collaborative relationships at work.
Radical Collaboration is a training focused on 5 learnable skills that help you create a collaborative environment.

Council guide training is based on indigenous earth based teachings, containing deep understanding of how human and human tribes function. The training is absolved with an elder of the delecate lodge teachings.
